Its formulation provides in a practical 60 g single-dose bag carbohydrates of different chain lengths and high Glycemic Index. These chains formed by monosaccharides, disaccharides, trisaccharides and polysaccharides from maltodextrins and to a lesser extent from amylopectin, confer a very low osmolality, thus achieving rapid gastric emptying and consequently the immediate availability of these nutrients.

The protein source comes from whey isolate (ISOLAC)® obtained by CFM (cross-flow microfiltration), rich in essential amino acids and low in fat for easy and quick assimilation.

It is scientifically proven that protein consumption contributes to preserving and increasing muscle mass as well as maintaining bones in normal conditions.
