Six 5 mm thick steel bars joined together with special rivets fold into a folding measuring tape – this is the BORDO 6000K folding lock. The idea is not new, the locks of the Bordo family of ABUS are true classics, but their functionality is still second to none. This is a variant that can be opened with a key, hence the K in "Key" in the product name.
The bars and body, made of special tempered steel, offer great resistance. At the same time, the high-quality ABUS XPlus cylinder provides particularly high protection, e.g. against picking. The coating provides soft yet resistant protection against scratches on the wheel. It also makes it easier to grip the padlock. The "Made in Germany" quality has won international awards.
